Hydraulically
actuated fork carriers allow the driver to position the forks
for the best placement under loads. The fork positioner is especially
useful on large capacity trucks where forks are too heavy to
move manually. Can be specified to move simultaneous or independent.
Sideshift
Carriage
A
rugged hydraulic cylinder anchored to the carriage base moves
the side shifting carriage for accurate positioning of loads
from side to side. Sideshift carriages may also be equipped
with hydraulic fork positioning..
Swingshift
Carriage
Used
to accurately position loads at an angle to the direction of
truck travel by swinging the carriage 10 to 20 degrees around
a vertical axis. Swingshift carriages usually include sideshifting
capability and may be equipped with fork positioning.
Slope
Piler
Used
to position loads on uneven surfaces by providing 10 to 12 degrees
of rotation on a horizontal axis. Slope pilers usually include
sideshift capability and may additionally be equipped with fork
positioning.
